IV hydration is important if you or a loved one have become dehydrated. Those at a higher risk for dehydration are children, the elderly and those that have chronic illnesses. It is good to recognize the signs and symptoms of dehydration.

Symptoms of Dehydration
If you have any of the symptoms of dehydration, visit our urgent care center for immediate treatment. Watch for the following symptoms:
Lethargy
Dry mouth
Muscle weakness
Dizziness
Headache
Severe dehydration may cause additional symptoms. It is especially important to seek medical treatment if you experience any of the following:
Low blood pressure
Sunken eyes
Reduced perspiration
Dry, shriveled skin
Increased heart rate
Fever
